ITTWW, LLC, ships to any country and any location worldwide. We have logistic partnerships worldwide, and can get our customers any merchandise they want, No matter what the size, from one box to several pallets; it’s no problem for us. We use several logistic partners and find the best quote, to help you keep cost down.

Most orders ship same day, but allow 24-48 hours to process your order once payment has been received.

* Sales to certain countries outside of the United states are only eligible for bank wire as payment. But will receive serial number and test reports at customers request, before shipping.

Quotes and Invoices:

The Customer is 100% responsible for ordering the correct hardware, or software, even if purchase assistance is given by ITTWW, LLC, the customer is 100% responsible for making final decision on all purchases. ITTWW,LLC will only be held hold responsible for hardware/software accuracy, if the buyer has purchased a Technical Assistance service from ITTWW, LLC. The Due-Diligence is 100% customer responsibility, verbal request and email advice request of ITTWW,LLC are not considered binding, and ITTWW, LLC will not be responsible for any incorrect item or software purchases. All quotes and invoices are subject to customer review prior to receiving any goods. ITTWW, LLC, will always ship exactly the items stated in all final quotes & invoices. If the items sold do not match what was purchased, ITTWW, LLC will send items that match the invoice. ITTWW, LLC records all serial numbers and also fully tests and keeps all test reports to match all merchandise sold, and in many cases keeps photographs of merchandise prior to shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the all quote & invoices. Customers requesting additional hardware/software not invoiced, because they “Thought” or had the impression it was included in the final sale or invoice, will be denied.


Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will always work with our customers to assist with any problems during the warranty duration. We will trouble shoot free of charge, any issues you may have via, Instant message, E-Mail or phone before having the item returned to our facility for inspection, in a effort to assist you as quickly as possible. We test all unsealed, Open Box, Open Box Factory refurbished, & used merchandise as it arrives in our warehouse. We then re-test before it ships and keep a test log on file for every item sold. Merchandise sold that isn’t compatible with the customer’s onsite hardware/network or software with will not be granted RMA.

Merchandise are covered for 30 days of receipt, and must be unopened, un-used, in original box. Defective items are covered for 30 days, ITTWW,LLC Technicians will contact the buyer to attempt to troubleshoot the issue. A 20% to 30% restocking may apply under any of the following circumstances for Granted RMA’s. Please read the following criteria thoroughly to see if your return will be subject to this fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process all refunds.

All qualified returns must be made within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Used items cannot be returned if still functioning, but can be exchanged if ITTWW’LLC made an error during initial order. If the item isn’t in stock during the exchange period, the buyer has the option to receive a store credit or wait for the item to become available. Returns must be delivered to us within 7 business days from the date of the Return Authorization (RMA).

New Sealed Merchandise & Special Order Merchandise are not refundable once opened, but if found with shipping damage within 24 hours of receipt, can qualify for exchange of the same merchandise upon verification of shipping damage claim. Any merchandise found to have damage during shipping MUST BE REPORTED within 24 hours of receipt or forfeit RMA request. Shipping damage claims, must present photos of original box, showing corresponding shipping damage. Items with physical damage, not associated to shipping are not qualified for RMA. New items purchased in error or buyer remorse, subject to 30% restocking fee. Software is not refundable under any circumstances; there are no exceptions to this rule.

All granted returns must include the following: Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, include packing material etc.) Original intact UPC barcode or serial tag, removal of the UPC code or the serial voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status. The return must be complete and include all accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, power cable, etc.) Manufacturer documentation; (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.) The RMA Numbers or any other information must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the shipping label used to return the item or the shipping box. Items received with any writing, putting a shipping label on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without RMA approval. All returns must be packed in a secure outer shipping box with valid RMA number on the shipping label (do not write on manufacturers box). Please note that our Returns Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RMA number or that RMA has expired, there are no exceptions.

Returned merchandise will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, Item whose total value lower than $500.00 US dollars will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Incomplete Returns - Items damaged, sabotaged, misused by customer or with missing accessories will be denied RMA request. Any merchandise sent back without RMA number issued by ITTWW, LLC will be rejected and sent back at buyer’s expense. If items reported as defective that are not found defective will be denied RMA request and retuned at the buyer’s expense.
