Here is my story: I was looking for a conference phone to replace the one we have in our company. The first one was not working with our existing phone system and I found out about it during the Christmas and New Year time. When I come back after the company shutdown. I contact ITT and found out that my purchase had passed the 30 days return time frame which made us no longer eligible for a refund request. Through my own ignorance I ordered LAP rather than AP Cisco Aironet 1242AG access points. I requested to return them, and Kurt contacted me immediately proposing that if I would ship them back, they would install the proper AP software on them and ship them back at no further charge. This was a cheaper solution than shipping them back and paying a restocking fee, and they were good to their word. They turned these access points around the day they received them and FedEx'ed them back same way they had before. Great service, great attitude. I think you can trust these guys. If you have any questions about their products, I'd call or email them. Seem to really know their stuff.
